Our Team
Connie Waite Baldwin
As Reed “Redfellow” Baldwin’s mother, Connie envisioned the Redfellow Music Festival (RMF) as a “love letter” to Reed and ALL emerging artists whose raw talent and passion deserve to be recognized. Connie brings 12 years of experience in marketing communications for the software industry, an energetic volunteer spirit, and an entrepreneur’s passion to the Redfellow Foundation.
Together with her husband Brick, they own the venue Starlight Meadows where the RMF is currently hosted.
President, Director of MarketingBrick Baldwin
Brick helped create products and solutions for many companies throughout his 35-year career as a software engineer, but his very favorite role is being father to Reed and Ruby Baldwin. Brick brings technical support, mechanical engineering, and construction expertise to the RMF as well as a loving “can do” spirit to help shape the Redfellow Foundation.
Director of OperationsMichele focuses on building meaningful relationships that strengthen the Redfellow Foundation’s mission and connects artists, organizations, and community. Growing up in a musical family, she brings a generous volunteer spirit and lifelong passion for music to help create spaces where creativity and connection thrive.
Director of Strategic PartnershipsMichele Rufer
Erik has built a 30+ year business career as a leader, collaborator, and mentor, measuring his own success by the growth and achievements of his teammates. Erik's passion for music is evident in his everyday life as the father of an aspiring musician, the drummer in "the family band", and the community open mics he helped launch to give young artists a place to perform and create together. Erik now amplifies his passion and ideas in support of our mission.

As with many nonprofit organizations, we are only as strong as the people who give their time, talent, and energy to make our events and programs a success. From the dedicated Sound Team NADA House who donates their expertise AND sound booth equipment, to the brilliant Customer Service team who greet attendees and manage our POS systems, to the Ground Crew who helps everything run smoothly, the Redfellow Music Festival is blessed to work with talented, big-hearted, and hard-working people who believe in our mission.
